The anime version (Well, the red jacket series) is kind of the durab down version of the original manga series. Its not bad (Make it, its pretty damn good), but its not fully like the original manga.
And how you describe Mouse manga is pretty much like Lupin III. Kinda.
The manga series, is a good load of sexual humor, action, and adventure. But, its not like a series. Most of the chapters are one parters. Its almost like watching a 15 min episode; A beginning, a middle, and an end.
Its rare to see a two parter chapters. And in some chapter, Lupin's frienRAB become the back stabber.
Lupin III in the manga is a master thief. He just want the money, get the girls (By force sometimes) and have fun.
So, Mouse is kind (Even mostly) like Lupin III, but...Something. I never read the manga, so Mouse could have some difference between Lupin III. But, I don't know.
Anyways, back in topic.
Oh, bad anime, how about Powerpuff Girls Z. Like I said in DBGT: the idea was good, but how it was shown...Not really.
The idea of mixing PPG and anime sounded great. But, after watching a few episodes of PPGZ, .
They change the character original story of how the became the PPG.
Some of the characters acted different from the original.
The jokes wasn't all that funny.
And the show felt to girly to me.
