Well...what does a birth certificate have to do with commercial trucking? Missing the required paperwork for a commercial load is one thing, but having to bring in a certificate of live birth to prove your identity is quite another.

last i checked you don't need an AZ license to drive through AZ. Does this mean brown people passing through will need to have their birth certificate on them?
 
No, but it's information I carry with me, which is counter to what his argument was about "living in a free country"...not that he cares about what this free country was founded on or anything.
