Honest answer is 40-50 mpg depending how they are ridden, to increase mpgs drive slower or less distance.

Any clutch in a bike that old has shot springs at a minimum. Just replace the friction plates and springs and whatever mickey mouse thing it uses for a throwout or pressure plate.

Just so you know, the Buell vibrates at low rpm, then smoothes and really runs vibration free above 55 or so. Downside is they vibrate the exhaust system to death, and I don't mean some of them do it, its guaranteed. Unless you want to learn to work on bikes, I wouldn't get a Blast.

If it was in an accident that bent the forks the frame is probably bent too. Look for any signs of stress behind the neck and under the tank. I hope you didn't buy it thinking it would be a good cheap bike.

Somewhere around 45 hp is right. 65 would be dangerous in that kind of bike, no matter if your name was Roger DeCoster. Other bikes with similar HP would be a Honda CR 500 and other 450-500 cc two strokes. It really doesn't matter about a couple hp but how you ride it.
