I know on a Ford & chevy the fuel filter is under the drivers side of the vehicle bolted to the frame , i'm sure a dodge has the fuel filter in the same place or close to it ,it might be bolted to the frame on the passenger side of the vehicle's. You should be able to find it pretty easy.
