where is fuel filter located on a 1999 Dodge Ram;1500 5.9 liter?

blew a whole lot monety on a whole lot of nothing plz help I hate riding da city bus in dis 110 degree heat in phx,az
 
I know on a Ford & chevy the fuel filter is under the drivers side of the vehicle bolted to the frame , i'm sure a dodge has the fuel filter in the same place or close to it ,it might be bolted to the frame on the passenger side of the vehicle's. You should be able to find it pretty easy.
