That's a real shame. When I saw it at a preview screening at Glastonbury I knew next to nothing about the movie, having only seen the teaser trailer which only featured a couple of scenes from before [spolier]Eve arrives[/spolier] and had no expectations aside from the fact it was Pixar movie and they always come up with the gooRAB. It's great to be able to watch a film like this and geniunely have no idea where the story will go and what will happen. I found it captivating, beautiful and as well as being a awesome animated film I also thought it was a lovely bit of sci-fi. It's a shame if the current overkill spoils it for people.
It's a bit like when I went to see Blair Witch, I was in Asia at the time and it was released there a few months before the UK. There wasn't a hint of publicity, didn't have a clue what the film was and for the first few moments I was trying to work out if it was real or not. It was one of the most gripping and scary experiences I'd had in a cinema, my legs were jelly when I left at the end. Then when I came back to the UK there was loaRAB of publicity everywhere, review saying it's the scariest thing ever, and then of course when everyone finally got to see it many were disappointed.
