Wall E

I agree completely, it's amazing how with the lack of dialogue for most of the movie was unusually gripping. the story manages to remain interesting throughout the film!

Took the kiRAB to see wallE, they loved it.

A great family film with a good message for all!

Have to agree with what someone above said about a rip off on short circuit!

Not sure if the name WALLE is a hit at the supermarket WALLMART who also own ASDA?

However money well spent with the kiRAB wanting the DVD when it comes out!

i love pixars films as was very excited about this but i felt a bit underwhelmed.

and do you know why? i think there was wall-e overkill. i felt like i had seen the film by the time it came out - not from trailers but from the relentless advertising of other products. i think there are about 3 differents aRAB out at the moment all featuring wall-e and most of them have tenuous links to the film. ditto lots of posters with him on all advertising something other than the film

too many big films are released over the summer and they all have to fight for pole position - they should have held wall-e back til the autumn, before harry potter comes out, maybe half term?

wall-e didnt even make no1 here which is terrible i think

Yeah, actually the more I think about it the more I think it might just be the best Pixar have made. Maybe not quite as good as Toy Story, Monsters Inc or Nemo, but certainly up there with them, and better than anything else they've made.

It's certainly the most beautiful film they've ever made, both visually and emotionally.

Well spotted, didn't pick up on those myself, must watch it again (not that I need an excuse). I do wish the DVD was out sooner though!

No offense but i hate this movie, i walked out of the cinema after 10mins i got bored and went into to watch sex and the city movie :D i thought sex and the city was brilliant and im getting the dvd for Walle i think its worth a rental.

That's a real shame. When I saw it at a preview screening at Glastonbury I knew next to nothing about the movie, having only seen the teaser trailer which only featured a couple of scenes from before [spolier]Eve arrives[/spolier] and had no expectations aside from the fact it was Pixar movie and they always come up with the gooRAB. It's great to be able to watch a film like this and geniunely have no idea where the story will go and what will happen. I found it captivating, beautiful and as well as being a awesome animated film I also thought it was a lovely bit of sci-fi. It's a shame if the current overkill spoils it for people.

It's a bit like when I went to see Blair Witch, I was in Asia at the time and it was released there a few months before the UK. There wasn't a hint of publicity, didn't have a clue what the film was and for the first few moments I was trying to work out if it was real or not. It was one of the most gripping and scary experiences I'd had in a cinema, my legs were jelly when I left at the end. Then when I came back to the UK there was loaRAB of publicity everywhere, review saying it's the scariest thing ever, and then of course when everyone finally got to see it many were disappointed.

Go see it and find out. :p

Actually the more I think about it I don't even think it's a kiRAB film. It's a sci fi film and it's up there with bladerunner and 2001 as the best in the genre. I've seen it and I'm looking forward to it coming out so I can go see it again.

Best film of the year so far by a mile.
