use built in Chat application with Data! mobjab.com

Hi mobjab team,
I have SE Naite (j105i) phone.
I could use only mobjab.in domain since my phone supports only that.
I have registered with mobjab.in account and i m successfully able to login on my phone. I m using the in-built IM client. (I m bored of of using the J2mE client)
But after loggin in i m not able to add my gmail contacts.
I cannot add contacts throught the webclient since it doesnt support mobjab.in domain.

Not sure on this. But there is no way to restrict connection to MobJab only in the 3G Mode.

Hi

Basically when you add a contact or add your External IM account the "Subscription To" goes automatically from your side.

Hence you will be able to see your contacts presence/status.

Further to the query above, i ve tried creating the contact list and adding the contacts. but even after that after entering the contact details the window hangs saying "updating the information" , the contact is not added. i tried even adding the contact from the conversation window , even then the same problem occurs.

i ve logged in as my [email protected] only.

try set up an msn account to see if that works?
i think the e65 shares the same imps client as the n95 and the n95 has a bug preventing messages arriving from yahoo contacts, i also believe it has the same bug with google talk. the only IM i can get working at the moment is msn.

Hi,

I have checked the FAQs but I am unable to still see any of my contacts. I am notified of new emails when I log in via my web client but not when I log in via my mobile device (Nokia e71 on tmobile). This is for my XMPP Jabber Gmail server/account

I cannot add any contacts via web client but my friends can see me from their gtalk application. My status message updates ok.

When I log in via my mobile device, no contacts show up either but if I add a contact manually it sends the message via email instead of an IM.

Please help.
