I loved it! I want to go and see it again and again......I went onto play.com as soon as I got back from watching it on Wednesday and filled in the form to get them to email me when the DVD is available for pre-order! so excited! it will be on constantly in my house lol

no-one had mentioned this so not sure if it was only me and my frienRAB who noticed (oh and one girl on the parez hilton website) but......Carrie dyed her hair dark brown from light brown/blonde then near the end she walked into her walk in closet and big was there with her shoes they hugged then the camera went onto her shoes up to them.....and......her hair was back to light brown/blonde...............
 
Saw it last night and loved it 9/10. only discrepancy i had was that i didnt think the character of Jennifer HuRABon really worked. i have read somewhere that this character was intergrated in order for the movie to also tap into the black market. being black myself i honestly dont think it worked and Jennifer HuRABon didnt do justice to the part either considering she has an oscar under her belt

Thank goodness Carrie gets big, I was worried she would not get to fill that shoe closet or as we say cupboard:o

Going to see it on Friday, with "my girlfrienRAB" will not tell them.
 
Yeah, I noticed this too. The continuity wasn't too good really, lol.

I read in an interview with SJP that the dark brown was actually a wig... it fooled me, I thought she had actually dyed her hair darker, lol.
 
Steve and Miranda split up but get back together. Samantha decides she wants to be in a relationship with herself again and splits up with Smith and there are two weddings a big lavish one that Big doesnt turn upto and a small one at the end which goes to plan :)
 
Saw the movie last night and really enjoyed it. But there just wasn't enough Harry in it! And I think Charlotte and Samantha could have gotten slightly juicier storylines.

Miranda and Steve were great.

Love the show, and thought the movie was great, but I HATED the ending! Big is always going to be a commitment phobe, and if she HAD to end up with him (ugh), then they should have been happily unmarried. I just didn't buy their wedding at City Hall.

Can't stand Big, sorry. I would have preferred if he'd died from his heart problem. If I had been the writer, Carrie would have gone to the funeral, and Aidan would have shown up. His wife would have left him or died, and the movie would have been left open ended.

Like I say, I liked the movie a lot, but argh, I loved Aidan, and she should have ended up with him!
 
There was a scene before hand (think it was the baby shower - sorry if it wasn't) where she said she was back to her old self - hence her hair going back to blonde.
 
I loved it - it was great.

My only critism is that it was too Carrie centred and the guys weren't in it enough. I wanted to see a lot more of Steve, Big et al.
 
I'm just watching the promo on ch4 - where they all kiss arse and say "we had so much fun filming.. its soo special.. a big family reunited..!" etc :yawn:

I thought Sarah J-P had fallen out with the other women and they barely spoke off-set??!

Loved the series and couldn't wait for the movie..and went along to special dressy up Cosmo event so perfect but..blah blah - just not as sharp as the series (for me anyway) - Carrie just got on my nerves but have to say I loved the Miranda/Steve storyline..stole the show for me. And can't concentrate on the proceedings trying to see if there are any clues to SJP and Kim Catrell hating each other!
 
Loved it! I thought it would be good but not live up to the hype. I'd definately see it again, glad it's doing well most showings were sold out were were lucky to get seats yesterday. Big is a selfish spineless idiot though,just because he's been married twice before doesn't mean carrie should have to scale down the wedding.That annoyed me. Loved charlotte and samantha best. 8/10
 
Well I loved it. a complete 10/10.
Loved how all the sad bits were follwed immediately with comedy, such as Charlotte angrily walking round the wedding limo in her black swishy dress LOL, and Miranda getting really angry at Charlotte's talk about her bush haha. An excellent balance of tears of laughter and tears of sadness.
Absolutely amazing. I want to go again. And again. And again.
