As requested, here's a pic in the same no-light conditions using the N86, zoomed in to get closer to the N82's non-wide angle framing. Except it looks like I zoomed in a little too much. Whoops. Can't get over how GREEN the pic is, though. Like someone said, it definitely pales in comparison to xenon flash, but it's not as bad as I thought LEDs would be.

Thanks for your 1st impressions and photo examples from the N86. If its like the N85, you might want to try this setting to reduce/eliminate the greenish cast in your flash photos. A bit of a nuisance (unless you can make the setting 'permanent' for your flash shots) but set the 'white balance' setting to INCANDESCENT for your indoor flash shots... just remember to go back to auto for normal shots and or combinations of daylight and flash (like fill flash).
Let us know how this works on the N86. Your photo taken in total darkness should then look very similiar to the N82 xenon shot (just not as bright).
Seems like the color temp of the LED's is closer to incandescent than xenon flash.
