This is old news. Nokia forgot to include the update server profile in the 5800 NAM firmware.
Apparently they used to have a support page that would send you the profile, but that page has since been edited and the link no longer works.
I went back and forth with Nokia support for a while on this subject, and after some really lame replies from "support" agents who were entirely clueless, I got a reply that said the only option for 5800 NAM was the PC NSU software.
When I pointed out that not everyone runs Windows (I run Linux) Nokia support suggested that I find a friend or relative who runs Windows and use their computer to update my phone.
So even though the profile exists, and they used to send the profile out, it appears there is no way to get them to do that now.
