I've also only seen the trailer and I have to admit, she was a bit shaky at the beginning of The Winner Takes it All but once she gets into it and gives it some power, imo, it was great.

well merly streep murderd mamma mia song and take a chance on me just looked wrong and pierce brosnan singing. It has put me off going to see the show in the west end now as well. There was too much gap between the songs as well and it why I hated it is that ok?

Fantastic film but there were three songs missing. My favourite being "Under Attack" which disappointed me.

Maybe I am being defensive, but you know.. you say that we should all try and get along with the criticism.. yet I've certainly spent a lot of this thread explaining to people who've asked me why I like it because they think it's rubbish when, quite frankly, I'd rather just be talking about the film with other fans.
I don't mind you having an opinion, and I accept your opinion, and I accept that you think it's funny the concept of Mamma Mia! receiving Oscar nominations.. but to slate us for not being open to receiving your opinion is a tad rude, in my opinion.
