Mamma Mia!

Playing the Piano on the water during dancing queen and then in "heaven" at the end of the credits (after they'd sung waterloo)

And as for the "lame revelation" it didn't come out of nowhere, hints were dropped earlier in the film, especially during the conversation on the boat that was interupted by Julie Walters character ;)

Thanks for that link. i have been looking for a website which shows the all time UK box office.

Looks like Mamma Mia has currently grossed 32 million in the UK according to IMDB. It has already beaten the likes of Iron Man, Sex And The City and NArnia and only Indiana Jones seems to have grossed more this year to date (39 million) 32 million puts it at around number 30 in the all time chart. As I said before if this film is still selling out after a month it could just get into the all time top ten, if not the top 20. As for 2008 its only 7 million behind Indiana Jones. It could easily top 40 million. Then its just Bond and Potter which could gross more.

I've been 3 times now :o and everytime I've been it's been absolutely packed. As a huge Abba fan and a great Meryl Streep fan, it certainly didn't disappoint and I thought Julie Walters was brilliant! It certainly made me laugh 'til my sides hurt!

Saw it tonight at Vue, second time, and it is amazing!

LoaRAB of folk were singing and dancing along and at the end there was an applause.

10/10! One of the best movies i have seen in a long time! :D

I got Mamma Mia on DVD for Christmas and I've already watched it several times. Pierce Brosnan's adorable in it and Meryl is a legend. It's such a nice, brain-off feel good movie. :)

Saw it yesterday. LOVED IT.

Was hilarious, the highlights coming from Julie Walters - amazing actress. Had me in bits during "Take a chance on me" when they were on the roof.

And this was a music where I actually knew ALL the songs. Wish they'd done knowing me, knowing you.

But FANTASTIC, funny film. The cinema clapped at the end, the people controlling the lights flashed them during the last two songs in the credits.
