hi!!

Iron Man.. one of the Best Superheroe Movies i ever seen!! :)

i totally love it! everything really, RDJ was great, he was the perfect guy for the perfect job  all the actors i think they made a perfect movie, i cant wait to see Iron Man 2  i love the Tony Star & Pepper relationship

[sp]i think at the begining of the film it suposed theres gonna be a kiss, but they submit that from the movie i dont know why[/sp]

i didnt know about the scene after the credits!!

I went to go watch this movie as soon as it came out and I absolutely loved it! It was amazing! RDJ did an awesome job and I've gotta say he didn't look too bad either.

I just saw this movie and holy frak it's awesome! :thud: Robert Downey Jr. did a fantastic job! It deserves every bit of praise and success. :D

Btw, I totally found myself developing a crush on RDJ too. He was THAT good. Loved his dynamic with Gwyneth in the movie. They've got good chemistry.

To be honest, I don't really have an opinion on her anyway, so when I found out she was in the movie, I was non-plussed, but I thought she did a great job.

WOW, I was really impressed. I underestimated Robert Downey Jr. and maybe even rolled my eyes a little bit, when I heard he was going to be the lead, but seriously, he was awesome and perfectly cast. The show IMHO was great for an introductory film. I'm sure the sequel will be more detailed, more action packed and hs character more developed, so I'm looking forward to it. I really wished Rachel McAdams wouldn't have turned down the role of Pepper, cause I love her and would have rather seen her in the role, but Gwyneth, even though I'm not a huge fan, had good chemistry with Robert and I loved their bantering. Jeff Bridges and Terrence Howard were great in their roles as well and Leslie Bibb (haven't seen her a while) looked gorgeous.

Also, man, I kinda have the hots for RDJ now.. When he was building the suit and he was all sweaty, I think I maybe drooled a bit and honestly I never thought I would say that ever, cause for someone reason, I can't get passed him in Wierd Sciene, with the wierd hair and gap between his teeth.

[sp]I have to say i'm a bit disappointed and I know this is going to sound wierd, but I kinda was expecting, or maybe hoping to hear Iron Man before the credits. I just knew when he first put on the suit and made his escape it would play then, but we got teased. Sometimes music can make a scene and I guess I kinda wanted to hear it then. I also loved when Leslie Bibbs character and Pepper, had words at the beginning, when she said something about Pepper still doing his laundry/dry cleaning, can't remember the exact quote and she said something along the lines of taking out the trash. I laughed out loud and I loved Pepper's gift to Tony, about having a heart. I thought it was super sweet.

BTW - Was Samuel L. Jackson's scene important? We stayed after the credits, but I was kinda confused by it.[/sp]

The wierd thing is, I had no intentions on watching the film, but my son wanted too, so he is the reason we went and I liked it as much as he did. So I'm glad we went.

I LOVE this movie. Easily one of my favorite superhero films ever. I actually never read or watching anythign Iron Man related before I saw the movie, but now I just can't get enough of his comics. And the movie was so spot on to the comics!

Hi I'm new here:wave:

I recently saw this movie and it's AMAZING. My fav movie ever.
Can anyone tell me any links where I can download this movie in good quality:D

There was a bit of drama after the success of IRON MAN, leading to speculation that Marvel might be difficult after their first solo smash (it was the first self-produced and financed superhero film for Marvel Studios).

First they seemed aloof in securing the services of director Jon Favreau for a sequel, then came rumors that Don Cheadle might replace the assumed-to-be-returning Terrence Howard as Rhodey (and eventually War Machine).

But it looks like everything has worked out -- Favs is in, Cheadle is on, and Robert Downey Jr. will be wearing the facial hair, sharp clothes and metallic uniform of weaponsmith Tony Stark for the foreseeable future. The official word from Marvel:

As part of his four picture deal with Marvel Studios, Robert Downey Jr. is appearing as Tony Stark in THE AVENGERS motion picture, as well as reprising his starring role as the larger-than-life leading character in IRON MAN 2. Jon Favreau will return to direct the sequel to the blockbuster IRON MAN, which to date has grossed over $578 million worldwide, as well as executive produce THE AVENGERS.

Marvel Studios is pleased today to confirm that an agreement has been finalized with award-winning actor Don Cheadle to take on the role of Colonel James "Rhodey" Rhodes in Marvel's IRON MAN 2 due in theaters on May 7, 2010. In casting Cheadle, Marvel replaces Terrence Howard who appeared in the role of Rhodey in IRON MAN. Cheadle is also signed on to perform the same role in THE AVENGERS and subsequent installments of the IRON MAN franchise.

In a movie event, THE AVENGERS will bring together the super hero team of Marvel Comics characters for the first time ever, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk and more, as they are forced to band together to battle the biggest foe they've ever faced.

The highly anticipated sequel to IRON MAN will be released in theatres on May 7, 2010 and THE AVENGERS will be released July 15, 2011. Both films will be distributed by Paramount Pictures.
