I Demand My Money Back!! The Worst Films You've Ever Had To Sit Through

But there is NEVER any story to those films.

Anyway - it's just frustrating when it's blindingly obvious that it's going to be the worst film of the year.

I hope you've learned your lesson and won't go and watch the next pile of crap they churn out. :)

Saw III and Saw IV are set at the same time. You'd do well to watch Saw IV - it's pretty good. Neither of them or as good as the first one though. It's Corn Flakes - the original and best.

One movie experience I suffered through was "Revolver" - just lost the will to live an hour in.
Also thought Rob Zombie's "Halloween" was... just awful, lol.

Oh and more recently The X-Files 2. Love that pair, but spending the movie's running length praying it would pick up, coupled with the constant sound of running water from the toilets that backed the theater, not fun.

Agreed. It's a terrible film, as are Quarantine and Rec.

Not scary at all, and ruined by hand held cameras. As if someone would continue to hold a camera whilst all that intense chaos was going on.

Daft.

I can't believe Vanilla Sky has been mentioned in this thread, I love that film!

For me obvious contenders are The Spirit and The Final Destination (the fourth one, what a shambles.)

Hollow Man - Oh dear god, do NOT get me started! Horrible, horrible film and I really should have given up with the opening scene which made me cry. Oh yeah, I can suspend disbelief with the best of them, but the electricity in the water bit had me biting the walls with anger

Hill have Eyes remake. Gratuitous gore just for the sheer sake of it, and the characters were so banal and sh!te I couldn't have given a stuff if they all died, even the baby!

Sleepless in Seattle, jesus, I actually watched this at the cinema and I will not walk out on general principle, but by god I came close.

And I liked Die Hard 4.0! :D

Revolver is like a riddle that the director has created, that he doesn't even know the answer to.

As for the XFiles: I want to believe you, but it can't have been that bad. ;)

For me the worst movies are.

Robocop 3
Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skulls
Star Wars Episode 1 - Phantom Meance
Star Wars Episode 2 - Attack Of The Clones
Police Academy 5, 6 and 7 ( Assignment Miami Beach, City Under Siege, and Misson To Moscow )
Short Circuit 2
The Godfather Part 3
Star Wars Episode 6 - Return Of The Jedi
Hollow Man 2
StarShip Troopers 2
Basic Instinct 2
Gremlins 2
Karate Kid Part 3
GhostBusters 2
Die Hard 4.0

The list goes on, and on, and on, and on.............. Want any more ?

Totally agree with this one - a load of gratuitous blood and gore with no explanation of what made the villain the way he was (unless I fell asleep and missed a bit!)

Also The Talented Mr Ripley - a load of pretentious cack. Why didn't the little sh*te get his comeuppance at the end?

Make that another one for the Dark knight.

My friend and i went to the cinema to watch this.I could'nt stand it. I wasn't intrested in the 'two face' storyline at all and saw no need to add it into the movie. If they shortend the whole thing a bit and just made it about batman and the joker it may have been watchable.

How this is in the top 3 on imdb makes me laugh when there are so many quality titles sitting below it. Better than star wars? whatever.

for me cloverfield was dire.one of the worst films ive ever seen!!i dont have a clue what all the fuss was about..

sideways was also rubbish,
i know who killed me,
eternal sunshine of the spotless mind

the list goes on.......

   That's one of my favourites!

My list:

Batman & Robin
Meet The Spartans
Alexander
Sunshine  (expected better from this)
The Wicker Man (remake) - although this at least gave me a few laughs!
