Favourite Line in a Film

Hi Socha.
Yes, I saw it quite a while ago - thought it was brilliant. I didn't like Eternal Sunshine so much though, but maybe I should see it again.

PS
I checked for scripts on the Internet and they all have the originally written ending, not the one that actually made it to the film.

The start of goodfellas :p

"Ever since i can remember i wanted to be a gangster"

And joe pescis part basically whenever he said you mother ****er :D

Also godfather

"I'll make him an offer he cant refuse" obviously :D

Gladiator has lots of great lines.

As does Shawshank Redemption, and Fear and Loathing, and Pulp Fiction.

I can't boil it down to one quote though. Probably the dicks, pussies, and assholes speech from Team America.

i have to choose several here to set the scenebecause it's obviously like an exchange or something between 2 characters -- and it;s really dead clever and stuff...from Naked

-- Why didn't you tell me you were coming? I would've met you off the train...
-- I didn't come on the f***ing train.
-- Off the bus then.
-- I didn't come on the bus either.
-- So how DID you get here then?
-- Well, basically, there was this little dot, right? And the dot went bang and the bang expnaded, energy formed into matter, matter cooled, matter lived, the amoeba the fish, the fish the fowl, the fowl the froggy, the froggy the mammal, the mammal the monkey, the monkey the man, amo amas amat, quid pro quo, memento mori, ad infinitum, sprinkle on a little bit of grated cheese and leave under the grill till doomsday.

"Sex for breakfast, sex for dinner, sex for tea and sex for supper!"

"SounRAB like a marvelous diet love!"

"It is, haven't you ever heard of it? It's called the F Plan!"

Shirley Valentine......Caught it again on Sky earlier

Apache Pilot: [after accidentally hitting the Chrysler Building with a missile] Oh! Damn, uh! That's a negative impact, sir! I repeat, that's a negative impact!
Mayor Ebert: Negative impact? That's the goddamned Chrysler Building!
