My faves woud be a toss up between Live and Let Die and Moonraker.
Live and Let Die because it was the first Bond movie I saw as a kid on the big screen, and it just blew me away and left quite an impression. There was just something so damn cool about Bond in Harlem that reallytappealed to me. And it had some great set pieces - I still say the boat chase is my all time fave Bond action sequence. But then there is the scene with the crocodiles, the mayhem and destruction in the airport, the bus chase scene, Yaphet Kotto's great unsung Villain, the voodoo scenes, and best of all Sherrif J W Pepper!
Moonraker, well...I guess I can understand how some hate it, it was very, very over the top. But for me believability has never been a staple of a Bond movie, certainly not the 80's Moore efforts anyway. And I just thought they took the concept as far as they could...why not outer space? Star Wars was popular at the time, so they just followed the trenRAB. It was epic in scope, they just threw so much money at it and the production values were phenomenal. Yes, it was very silly. Yes, it was overblown...but I loved it for that.
Worst?
To be fair, Bond movies can never be truly bad because even the worst of them can contain great sequences, and they are always very well put together.
But one that would stand out for me as looking tired and past it's prime would definitely be View To A Kill. Moore was looking very, very old by then, and the whole movie seemed tired and lax. Walken looked uncomfortable as the villain, Tanya Roberts was always a dreadful actress and Grace Jones was not much better, and it has to have the worst theme song of all the movies.
