Take it easy guys. The CRTC has a basic requirement about the number of Canadian vs. foreign channels. Bell could offer much more on an "a la carte" basis, than they do.
I think Bell has too many channels as it is. 50% of them I don't watch and find them useless. Why is it that people want more more more. Isn't there enough to watch on tv right now? I spend 3 hours a day watching stuff I find really good. I would not want to spend more time than that in front of the tv. What about our health and exercise? Enough channels exist. We don't need more channels that will only degrade the quality of the already smudged quality we are getting from Bell now.
don't want to bursed your bubble, but those channel are not available and i have most packages, except for hd. but maybe there are going to be available soon. because i remember last year when they add shop channel in the guide.
You have to be kidding me. I called Bell because I wanted to ask them if I could get CNNi and Al Jazzera in a theme pack for $3.00 since I already subscribe to BNN and IChannel. I was told that there is no way. I said that it is not good to double charge for the same channels and I was told to suck it up. I asked for a Supervisor and was hung up on. How ridiculous is this?
You're saying that Bell should deliberately add a product that will lose it money, in order to maintain customer satisfaction? That's not how you maintain customer satisfaction. That's how you end up driving prices higher in the long run.
If WSBK is anything like Animal Planet, that also was added to Family 1, you will not get it until you call Bell to ask for it. You will be on the 'old' Family 1, which does not have WSBK, not the 'new' WSBK that does have it.....
Rogers just offered channel 871 ABS-CBN TFC filipino channel free until may 26. Just wondering if Bell ExpressVU would have it. Bell only Filipino channel is channel 723 GMA, Bell aired it first in Canada then followed by Rogers a few monts after. I hope Bell would have TFC soon.
Not a new channel but has anyone else noticed that the Christmas/Fireplace Channels are still running even though they don't play Christmas music anymore? I assume they'll vanish when the 800 channels disappear at the end of the month.
My guess would be that any games shown on the "Rogers Preview Channel" would show up there. There are several games throughout the season that TSN or Sportsnet could not commit to. They are produced by Sportsnet. Bell has already missed a few, but it's good to see that they plan to air the remainder.
