    Haha, Circus Soleil Moon Frye.

    Becoming nightmarish after over-analyzing

That is another vaild point. I usually don't try to think of Pokemon battles in real world terms mainly because most Pokemon, in the series at least, want to battle to get stronger, most every the humans want to battle to develop their skills as trainers and there is a generally strong emphasis...

    Question about Beavis And Butt-Head

It's a shame that Mike bailed on the sequel. I'd of loved to of seen more of the two, but they'd have to ignore McVicker's death in "Beavis & Butthead Are Dead", but even then, continuity and Beavis & Butthead don't match. The problem is that AC/DC and Metallica are hard artists to liscense in...

    Canadian-born voice-actors in American cartoons

Kevin McDonald from Kids in the Hall had a guest voice role on Foster's, didn't he?

Fox and Blue Sky presents - Rio

Hm. Interesting and intriguing. But then again I thought the same with Despicable Me and then it's real trailer revealed and I didn't care for it anymore. I hope that doesn't happen again with this one.

King of the Hill Talkback - "Six Characters in Search of a House"

Not a bad episode so much as a dull one. I think that scene where they fool the Inspector, especially when he knows that was staged, was the best part of the episode. At least Luanne wasn't a moron, and Lucky wasn't in it at all.

animated movies that scared you when you were little.

The climactic fight scene between Eddie Valiant and Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

C&C - American Dad "The Most Adequate Christmas Ever"

D'oh! I didn't realize it. Now I want to go back and watch that episode. I like how this episode didn't pull its punches. We got a unique take on Heaven (I liked the angel getting cuter every time he wins a case, and I liked the depiction of God...JC, not so much). My favorite part was...

Toon Zone Talkback - "Kung Fu Panda" Dominates 36th Annual Annie Award Nominations

Dead Space along with WallE and Kung Fu Panda? Phineas and Ferb not under the children's section? Am I missing something?

    Kaoru or the original Buttercup?

I fail to see why you think American animation lacks cuteness. Even more so when referring to this show. The PPG were MADE of cuteness. Sugar, Spice, and Chemical X. The real style of the PPG is pretty much "cute". Wasnt Totally Spies French anyway?

Music cues used in more than one show?

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but poking around on youtube has given me another example- seems that alot of music cues from The Noozles were re-used on The Litt'l Bits (to the point where it's not uncommon to here the Noozles theme playing in the background in Litt'l Bits episodes)

    The Raccoons, anyone remembers them?

I remember it and it was a great show. Remember the one episode where Bert's male friend and Cyril's son got stuck in the gold vault and Cyril had to team up with the Racoons to help rescue his son? Man Cyril was one COMPLEX character too... easily one of the best villaineous character in...

How High School Musical Has Affected Animation TALKBACK

Same with me. I too have asperger's syndrome. I never really followed trends, unless they held appeal for me (Pokemon and Power Rangers coming to mind).

Family Guy - "Road to Germany" - Talkback [10/19]

I generally despise recent Family Guy stuff but I thought this was a great episode. I kept wishing Stewie and Brian would just beat the crud out of Mort so blowing him up in the time machine was a nice touch. When I first saw the promo picture for this ep I knew it was one I was gonna have to...

King of the Hill Talkback - "Lady and Gentrification"

I have to wonder why the Fox site has been revealing the entire plotline of KOTH, right down to each little twist.

Family Guy - "Three Kings" - Talkback [5/10]

While I do know what you mean with the Jaquin Phoenix rip, something tells me that Quagmire's aftermath was a reference to River Phoenix (who was one of the Stand By Me kids and eventually died of a drug overdose).

Family Guy - "Dog Gone" - Talkback [11/29]

That was a great ending no outrageous joke no sick humor just a caring ending with a ribbing joke. Good family guy episode 10/10

    Garfield Gets Real

I'll take a 3D CGI Garfield animated cartoon over a lousy live action movie with Garfield cheaply pasted in anyday.

Teen Titans, Rescue Rangers, and Rocko's Modern Life.
