Not a bad episode so much as a dull one. I think that scene where they fool the Inspector, especially when he knows that was staged, was the best part of the episode. At least Luanne wasn't a moron, and Lucky wasn't in it at all.

I fail to see why you think American animation lacks cuteness. Even more so when referring to this show. The PPG were MADE of cuteness. Sugar, Spice, and Chemical X. The real style of the PPG is pretty much "cute". Wasnt Totally Spies French anyway?

While I do know what you mean with the Jaquin Phoenix rip, something tells me that Quagmire's aftermath was a reference to River Phoenix (who was one of the Stand By Me kids and eventually died of a drug overdose).

That was a great ending no outrageous joke no sick humor just a caring ending with a ribbing joke. Good family guy episode 10/10
