I need car help from someone with an unbiased opinion?

I cannot say what you should do, only what I would do. That "not registered" is a deal killer. Without California registration she would have trouble selling for $2,500 to anyone in California, let alone Family. Unless.... Condition of the car? Mileage? If it is in showroom condition and...

1992 Kawasaki ninja, keeps blowing headlight fuse, ?

Gots a wire in or around where the fork moves that is rubbed down to bare copper and shorting out. Wire a stop lamp in place of the fuse. It will light when you turn the key on. When you find/clear the short it will go out.

Is the Harley Davidson Sportster Nightster a good bike?

Basically anything European, Japanese, or American is of reasonable quality. If whatever European, Japanese, or American motorcycle meets your standards for what a motorcycle should look like and do then it is a "good" bike. If it does not meet your standards is it not a "good" bike. Bottom...

    Would you trade a 2002 TL1000R w/ 9, 600 miles + $500 for a 2001 Harley Davidson...

One is a highway race bike, the other is a city cruiser. If you will be cruising city streets the Sportster is the better choice. If you will be racing on the highways the Suzi's the better choice. If you are only switching because you are bored you are a fool. Which I doubt. More likely...

2009 Kawasaki Eliminator 125? Or the Suzuki TU250?

The 125 is not freeway legal in California. The TU250X is not yet available in California. Pity, the new Suzi looks to be pretty near a perfect city bike.

What should I do with my Yamaha BW's this winter?

At least once a month, preferably no less than every other week, take it out for a 15-30 minute ride. The thing is *made* for riding on snow! Looks to be a total blast.

Which bike rates as the most fun in the cruiser/touring category?

Best depends on your balance of power, comfort, price, and reliability. In my case it was price, reliability, comfort, power, in that order. (Bike cost me $2325 5 years / 23,000+ trouble free miles ago.) But very few people would accept a 652cc Single as a long distance tourer.

how safe are the HARLEY DAVIDSON BIKES?

    >> I' was thinking about buying a harley davidson 883iron. "Buying a Harley" are generally not associated with "Thinking." Thinking has you on a little 250cc bike such as the littlest V-Star or a Ninjette. Anything larger involves a large grin and "OOooo... I can have...." >> is it safe to...

"Street" covers a lot of different roads and usage. "Best" will depend on where and how you will be riding. Without that, all you will get is WAGs.

Buying a Super Bike off eBay?

Let's start off with the claim that it is a Honda; and that "This bike is a Honda professionally manufactured bike." Try to find a pocket bike on any Honda Motorcycle site. Why would you buy anything from an obvious liar? They cannot be trusted.

Cycle World lists the top speed at 75 mph. http://www.cycleworld.com/article.asp?section_id=3&article_id=1253 Given a tested 16 horse power measured at the rear wheel this is far more believable than 100.
