Basically anything European, Japanese, or American is of reasonable quality. If whatever European, Japanese, or American motorcycle meets your standards for what a motorcycle should look like and do then it is a "good" bike. If it does not meet your standards is it not a "good" bike.
Bottom line: if you like it, it is "good".
