From what I can see from the picture you cut o2 sensor wires,They are color coded,solder them back together separately and re-wrap harness with a heat protected wrap.

Its the speedometer head,have a certified shop look at it.

They had turbo 400s,and 375 turbos in that year just find one at a salvage yard.

No the 95 is throttle pressure shift,the 99 is electronic shift,

It could be a bad fuel level sensor.

Sounds like you have a misfire at idle,could be a vacuum leak or could be something else,should have it looked at buy a mechanic you trust.

It could be the brake fluid level sensor in master cylinder check fluid level.Some times you have to tap the reservoir lightly to unstick the float sensor.

On the back side of carburetor on the throttle plate you will see an adjusting screw.
