Help a code 42 came up on my 95 dodge stratus.?

I did a diagnosis on my 95 dodge stratus and code 42 came up what does that mean. what do i need to fix

Code 42 means for 1995 Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth.
Fuel level did not change for over several miles. You might need to replace your Fuel sending unit which usually has the float or level sensor on it. Which is located in your gas tank. Or you have a short in the wire harness from your sending unit to ecm or Dash.

It could be a bad fuel level sensor.
