    What receivers are you using on the respective televisions? How is each connected? What picture mode do you have on each receiver (press *) and what modes do you have on your each television set? Without this type of information, its pretty hard to diagnose your problems.

    Thanks for the answers TJ77. It's sad that Bell doesn't allow you to cancel. I think making it easy to order and difficult to cancel shows tremendous contempt for subscribers.

    Let me clarify. I mean that the vast majority of the 1.8 million are DTH customers. The 7,000 is a net gain. Churn is 1.4% per month so they likely lost 76,000 subs and gained 83,000. Its quite possible that VDSL made up a significant percentage of the 83,000 or say gains.
