Change your spark plugs, plug wires, and distributor cap if you got it. Change your oil & oil filter and adjust your throttle after your car is already warmed up.

That would be your "throw out bearing", if you are doing the work yourself, just go ahead and replace your clutch while you are down there. Just to save you some labor time.

I just replaced my fuel filter, fuel system cleaner, air filter, fresh oil change, and new plugs. Whenever I pull back on the throttle, wheter it be hard, soft, or steady. I get this studdering from the bike like it is in two gears to high. What could be the cause and cure of this issue?

It depends if your fuel injected. But lets pretend you are, which I believe you are. A fuel pump not pushing fuel through when you need it. Or a mass air flow sensor.
