look into changing the product code, then flash it to a generic firmware so you can select 2g or 3g. it is super easy to do. google it and you will find the software and product codes fairly easily. once you change the code you can use pcsuite to reinstall the firmware for the new product...

Wow, that's a huge observation. AT&T also has the benefit that rolling out 3g on 850 will also support voice traffic for compatible handsets. Verizon does not have that capability at this time since EVDO can only support data.

I think they meant resistive vs. capacitive touch screen. they are just different technology, the resistive touch screen in this phone works well. The tapping noise and vibration can be disabled by personalizing the phone's profile settings. But I wouldn't recommend turning off both features...

The problem with Ren & Stimpy is when you watch it again, so few episodes are worth lauding. Even during the Spumco years, it was just a very hit or miss show, and gets more praise than it deserves. While it did have some importance to the industry, I don't think it should rank too high.
