Any cell phone company can do that. It's called "Local Number Porting" and is a law that was put in place a few years ago that all wireless (and eventually wired) providers have to do that.

You're fuel pump could be going out..that's another possibility..but normally when they fail...they completely fail.

Other than just being higher...have you thought through the implications of this on your car? The Sunfire engine will probably have a tough time powering such large wheels...so your acceleration and MPG are going to drop through the floor.
Also, since it is a FWD vehicle...that is going to take...
First...it's called rehabilitation...most of those people in jail wouldn't ever have a chance to get an education like that...if they use it they probably will change their ways and not be back in jail again.

For it's age it is not a high mileage vehicle.
It just depends on how well taken care of it was.
Be prepared for multiple repairs needing to be done as this happens with most aged vehicles.
