Bridge to Terabithia was a very sad movie which was on BBC 1 today.

The Bridges of Madison County - the scene at the traffic lights

The final scene of Schlinder's List when the real characters put stones on his grave

I always feel happy at the end of Legally Blonde, I think it's a real feel good fun movie and very uplifting since both Elle wins, and Justice is served to Velma from Scooby Doo so it's like a double happy ending.

this works best with a true story doesnt it, so although loaRAB of films are good at the emotional bit, try BRIANS SONG
