Welcome to 2010. Welcome to the rebellion.

Who among you are the pussy whiny babies that told a mod I was advocating violence by my post?

I generally don't like quoting myself, but just to refresh the memories of the ADHD among us:

Where did I say to make bombs and blow innocent people up? Where did I say to pick up guns and start shooting randomly in the streets?

you whiny pieces of trash. And learn to read.
(let's see... ATG and EC? nahh... maybe Surefire and Fuzzy)

Now THAT seems to be advocating violence... but that wasn't spoken by me in this thread, but by someone's AE... I wonder who?

You picked an odd time to bump this thread. Or was there some recent "revolutionary" news that I missed?

Sounds more like self defense to me.

the domestic terrorist circle jerk going on in this thread is hilarious. "liberals" aren't concerned or scared at all. if anything, we're all grabbing a bowl of popcorn and adjusting the lights so that we get the best view of the conservative suicide missions.

Still unorganized, unfocused rage does not a rebellion make

There are several events he could have posted here to support his theory, but he hasn't. Maybe he's waiting until later in the year to see if the trend continues.

A few times I've thought about looking for data to graph this type of violence for the last decade or so, but A) I would dislike myself a bit for putting that much effort into a forum argument and B) I'm very lazy.

Ah yes, the rebellion. Started rather suddenly with Booth in the violent era, then became somewhat subdued in the passive aggressive era and then skipped around between a few lynchings and such before ending up in Oklahoma City during the modern era. It's current motto, '40 shots 2 kills' is expected to help the New Confederacy meet its recruitment goals for mouth breathers, subterranean failures at leaving the nest, and the highly valued 'vulnerable' Rand Roid.

I'd been meaning to bump this since the lady got shot to death over being rude to a census worker.

Since she didn't have a dog to shoot, I guess it would have been a waste of an evening to have only tazed her.

Dow has also been slipping for a month now. More people are jobless, dispite empty talk of recovery. Bailouts didn't help, and now we've helped bail out Greece (which also won't help). I can't keep updating the 1st post with each incident, but it should be obvious by now that the shit is hitting the fan. Sorry to those that first read this thread and thought I was talking about some kind of assured zombie apocolypse. This is it. And we're in for a long, hot summer.

I just couldn't sit on my hands after reading that ignorant drivel... carry on with whatever was going on ITT before.

Real gun people never do this, if so the kill numbers would be horrifyingly high. So you you got it right with the crazies reference.

I didn't realize that rudeness had become a capital offense. More to the point, I didn't realize that threatening cops with one's shotgun is an example of rudeness. That information is absent from the article, but it's still worth reading.

This woman's death indicates a trend of increasing hostility towards census workers, of whom 15 have been attacked since March, compared to the 180 assaults against census workers in the 2000 census, a frightening increase of -92%. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/05/12/violence-unusual-threats-mark-beginning-census-canvas/

EDIT: Removed some shit-headery.

Fucking loser was upset at losing some lawsuit over his social security benefits. Awesome. There's a rebellion destined for greatness.

I can tell you right now, this sort of violence will always happen, and always has. Calling it a revolution is nothing but laughable when it's simply status quo for planet earth and the U.S.

Time saved.
