Apparently announced with little fanfare (or I missed it earlier), I ran across this year's Forbes magazine list of the wealthiest fictional characters:

As noted from previous years' lists, Forbes' choices seem to leave something to be desired.
Thus I'll ask again: who's your list of wealthiest characters, or choice for *the* wealthiest?
Re: #1 choice: they seemed to go with whatever was trendy in naming one of those Twilight vampires. My #1 choice would be Scrooge McDuck. To borrow a catchphrase from the Hulk, "Scrooge richest one there is."
#2 would be the Rich family (to be anal---Richie Rich's parents are the ones with the fortune; Richie himself gets a $100,000-a-week allowance, which without his parents' resources just leaves him a "mere" millionaire), who're probably almost as rich as Scrooge.
After that, not sure who else, but probably someone else who is, like Scrooge and Richie, "beyond billionaire" levels of wealth; perhaps RJ Brande from the Legion of Super-Heroes (if he's the galaxy's richest person)?
After "beyond billionaire", *then* we could start naming "mere" billionaires, like Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark, and (Archie comics') Hiram Lodge...
