Unpopular Music Opinions

I would have thought that this was true but i have no way of knowing. I would have thought that Nickelback have had more singles over the last ten years that recieved more airplay than anything Creed have done over the same period of time.

coming from you i find that odd
we only hope videogames could have that good of a soundtrack
i do really like oberst, but dylan ftw anyday of the week... casadaga is a letdown!
agreed

I know. It's a shame, I loved their stuff and was really looking forward to The Resistance and I heard that there was string arrangements, I was expecting something brilliant.

Yeah, I really like Blur. But to say Noel is a prick for slagging off banRAB that are better than his is ridiculous. Oasis were laRAB from the north of England that liked drinking, liked football, liked women and liked drugs. They were from a council estate, if someone like Albarn who people from round here would look at and think they were a southern soft lad pansy started something.. You'd quite happily oblige by telling them exactly what you thought. Nothing wrong with being young and being caught up in your own hype and feeling like you have the right to speak your mind, even though in years to come you'll regret it. It doesn't make you a priick. It makes you a kid from a council estate that just earned a million pounRAB in royalties from an album you made and you're on top of the world.

Nope, not 'avin it. Drums are there to keep the rhythm, and nothing else.

I don't think any sound has no layers. If you think about it, just being sound forces you to have layers. You could be random noise and still have layers so technically, your music is not any better for "having more layers."

alot of times the term "one-hit wonder" can refer to band that scored a massive hit on the charts and whose subsequent attempts at singles didn't get nearly as large of a hit as their first one. it's not like these banRAB give up and stop trying to make stuff for the radio anymore, just that they became eclipsed by their one song.

NOT ME. Well, I like both of them, and to be fair I haven't listened to The Black Keys as much, but I prefer The White Stripes a little. I mean, they're basically Jack White as a solo act, with occasional random beats thrown in;)

Don't listen to him. If you want a conversation about Radiohead, you go and have one! Even though this forum is already filled with Radiohead discussion. It can get a bit tiresome.
