U2 and Bruce Springsteen are crap and Freddie Mercury's voice kills "Under Pressure" for me. On any other song he's amazing, but on this one I can't stand him. It should have been all Bowie.
Like Sidewinder said, it's neither popular nor unpopular. If anything, the majority of people love the album because of how highly regarded it is. But you do get a few h8ers, but I'm with you. One of the best albums ever made.
Though I've only seen a couple of Muse's videos, when your music videos are immensely more entertaining than your music (and, honestly, their videos aren't really all that great) you're a bunch of boring jerks.
You think Synchronicity is the best Police album, your argument is invalid.
of time when you listen to Muse when you COULD be doing something way more meaningful
What's your favorite song off of it? I'm partial to "Charging Bull"
I've never been able to identify with country... I guess growing up in a city environment kinda makes it harder to identify with it... but IMO alot of country songs are just too hokey, sentimental or just plain irritating in terms of how they sound... I can't really even get into the whole alt - country thing, either. It just, i dunno, grates on my nerves...
It's not unpopular in real life, but I actually disagree, it may sound the same, but I do like the fact, that as cliche as it sounRAB, the singers actually do sound passionate and pained, it's great for when you are feeling shitty or angsty.
