**TRANSFORMERS MOVIE** The review you've been waiting for! v.all that shit by me

easily the best special effects we have seen on the big screen...

for once a film could have used MORE slow motion though so we could actually tell what the hell was going on when the bots fought each other
 
I havn't seen 28 days later, so I can't really say anything about him. My dream director would be Verhoeven, but I know that's not going to happen There's no room for gratuitous titties and gore Don't know if Ridley Scott would do it, I would like to see Del Toro do it though. I liked Hellboy.
 
That's why I never listen to "critics". Some people think they know everything about movies, but if given the chance, couldn't direct a bowel movement scene!
 
speaking of which...it did kind of give a little explanation to the reason for the stupid shit like the cell phone and binoculars etc with the box in the locked room

THAT DOES NOT EXCUSE IT FROM BEING BAD. WHAT THE FUCK.
 
I thought it was a damn good action movie.

You all knew Micheal Bay was directing and this movie was basically Micheal Bay's standard, entertaining-as-hell action movie but with transforming robots. Awesome showcase of military hardware (Bay loves his helicopters), some laughs, and beautiful shots. You can't really expect much more from the guy.

Of course, I didn't grow up watching Transformers (did watch Beast Wars though ) so I can't comment on how much he ruined the characters. Optimus Prime saying "Sorry. My bad." was the funniest thing I've heard in a while though.

Also, watching this and realizing how much Micheal Bay's movies are all alike, I have no idea how that guy is gonna direct the new Prince of Persia movies. I don't remember seeing any helicopters in the game.

If only they didn't use so many cheesey jokes. Why is it that every movie has to have some sort of love story to it?!?

Either way, still an entertaining movie. I loved the first scene when the cop car just transformed back into the car form when fighting Bumblebee.
