**TRANSFORMERS MOVIE** The review you've been waiting for! v.all that shit by me

What did everyone think of Shia LeBeauf's acting? I must say, I remember him from Disney's "Even Stevens" this guy is getting better for what he's been given. I saw him earlier in Disturbia and thought it was pretty good. Thought he was good in this movie as well. I'm not saying "OMG best actor ever..." but -- good considering he's a newcomer to the big screen.

B- here.

Not to ride tank's sack here, but he pretty spoke for me in my opinion of the movie.

You couldn't see a lot of action which killed me the most. Too much zooming in of the transformers.

yeah, I'm not going to make out on top of my sentient car and his friends parked right across the way and their leader watching and then turning to the sky...

it was all

they travel through space in protoform right? so i guess while on earth, they take on the shape of everyday objects, if you free them then they mechanically fail? hence they can't move?
i dunno.. just my 2cents

just watched it and I have a few questions.

1. Scorponok got fucked up but was able to dig underground and run but they never say what happened to him right?

2. Starscream was in a fight with the other Jets but they never show him blowing up or anything right?

3. Did Barricade also die?

4. WHY THE FUCK WAS JAZZ THE ONE WHO GOT TAKEN OUT!!!

BTW maybe I didn't stay around long enough because I took off when the parents were being interviewed.

I finally have time to read and reply to this....

Glad you didn't hate it. It's definitely not as bad as the 59% it's getting on rottentomatoes right now

I thought the scene with Scoponok was pretty good.

The Autobots acted a little stupid and impatient at Sam's house not giving him much respect to him for trying to hide them from his parents. I thought Frenzy was cool because of the fact that he actually killed bitches! Yes he had the comedic antics of Jar Jar but he was still a killer. The scene at the airport after he got off Air Force One where he was walking and held his hand to his face like he was trying to hide was gold.

Bonecrusher isn't that major of a character or Decepticon anyway so why not let the audience see Prime's skills and kill him off quickly. No big deal. Starscream should have been given more lines as should the rest of the Decepticons. At least we did hear Megatron talk about him failing him once again which, for us long time fans, made perfect sense. This was basically an origin movie so it had to appeal to everyone hence why it was more human driven with lines and acting.

You didn't like the "one must stand" line? I thought it was great to add that in for fans of the original cartoon movie. My theater clapped when he said that. The final fight scenes should have been longer and filmed better but again, this is an origin movie. You had to have intros to these characters, a build up and a somewhat swift resolution. The original cartoon movie jumped right into the action and got away with that because back then everyone already knew about the Transformers and all the characters.

I'd go with a A-
