horseshit. BP is known for it's scummy ass tactics. there's really no reason for this to still be leaking after a month and a week.

Yes... they are purposely letting oil flow so they can rack up ever higher liability claims.

Just a whole lot of mud. At something like 150 bucks a barrel, those dumbasses will go broke at this pace.
 
I heard the interview on 60 minutes which has said a lot of other things contributed to the actual spill. That apparently caused the blowout, but apparently the switch was fucked up and they knew it yet they kept going.


that wasn't my question though. what do they mean by mud when talking about plugging the hole? are they talking about actual mud or are they talking about that shit they use to control the pressure? or is that shit actually mud?
