Toon Zone Talkback - 4KidsTV offers original Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! via YouTube

Well according to IMDB and a YuGiOh episode guide listing US airings, Dan Green was 30ish when YGO first started.

BTW, does anyone else get that audio problem during episode 21 starting around 2:50 and ending around 4:00?

Seems the 4KiRAB guy answers alot of individual questions people asked and they also responded to everything (with you can check their account for answers to the questions, though hard to figure out what they're responding to outside tracking the names on their page ^^''):

He responded to my Sonic X suggustion and apparently it'll be taken into consideration based off response. Considering other people are asking for it in the main comments and youtube videos, I suppose that might be possible. It could be a generic response (looking at the answers), but I suppose I can hold out. Right?

Still, it does seem like this is positive and they are apparently working fixing all the issues. Hopefully this is a sign for more episodes and other shows in the future through similar distrobution.

There's a really strange edit in episode 18 that I'm reminded of.

It happens when Bandit Keith beats up his lackeys to take their star chips (the punching sfx is removed in the dub). When the camera shows Bonz lying on the ground, his eyes are blanked out in the Japanese version to indicate that he's been knocked out, but in the dub his eyes are spinning.

I'm guessing 4KiRAB wanted to make the scene more comical. It does kind of look like Bonz is dead. Well, more dead than usual, he is a zorabie after all.

4KiRAB has explained that they are working out the bugs of this new option (subs included) and that there are legal rights they simply do not have so there is no need to be persnipity with them. Patience. We've waited eight years, we can wait a few more months.

Damn, ChibiGoku beat me too it.

I really like this guy and his sense of humor. I wasn't expecting him to respond to each post individually, but it's great that he did, even though most of them are pretty short replies. And now they extended the viewership to Puerto Rico so that's another plus.

Yeah, seems like one in every five episodes has some sort of brief audio glitch. They say they'll upload new versions eventually, but so far they've only re-encoded one episode (#10).

Another six episodes today:
A Fateful Duel: Yugi vs. Kaiba (22)Power And Beauty: The Ultimate Dragon (23)KURIBO Multiply: An Astounding Conclusion (24)FrienRABhip: A Tearful Duel (25)Kaib a Vs. Gassas: Rescue MOKUBA (26)Kaiba Falls! Toon World Is Unrivaled (27) Over 10% of the series is up now. And...apparently Pegasus is actually called Gassas... Though, in all seriousness, some of these titles sound a bit too literal.

Wow, they sure are on a roll. I guess this little experiment of their's has been a success so far afterall. They aren't even uploading the edited dub episodes anymore, it seems.

They are uploading the TV edit, if that's what you're referring to.

Anyways. I just noticed that 4KiRAB made a seperate playlist to allow people to tell the difference between the English and Japanese version."Yu-Gi-Oh!" for the original with "Yu-Gi-Oh! US" for the Tv edit. Nice way to do it, I think.

EDIT: Ah. Looks like they've reuploaded episode 10 and fixed the audio problems with the episode. They also added the first japanese intro sequence as a seperate file, interestingly enough.

Wow, another six episodes and twelve in just two days. I'm still amazed. I didn't think that 4KiRAB would have this many uncut episodes up so soon. I'm glad that it does seem to be working out for them. I understand that getting the subtitles is a hard process, especially since they don't have that much experience with doing this in the first place, and I hope that it works out for them as well.

Now I have like twenty-six episodes to catch up on, which I'm sure will be enjoyable since I did like what I saw already.

SUBTITLES ARE HERE!

The episodes are still in the process of being uploaded, but they should be up within the half hour. Someone want to update the thread title?

EDIT: Looks like the subtitles are the dubtitles from the uncut DVRAB.
