The return of "Sit Down, Shut Up" - Talkback

I don't know much about Clone High, but I think people are completely overrating the popularity of the Oblongs and Mission Hill. Even after they aired on Adult Swim, there are still a lot of people who hate them and few people who are genuine fans. Don't let a bunch of threads on rabroad fool you into thinking either show is popular. If they actually did produce new episodes of The Oblongs or Mission Hill they would bomb just as badly as the first set of episodes.

Yeah, I was wondering who that brown chick was. Was that an early design of the principal? If that's the case, I actually prefer the older design.

I loved how they kept going back to that same baseball memory from different perspectives. I'm so glad I've stuck with this show, it was a little rocky at first, but I've come to really enjoy it.

Surprisingly, I saw that they will be airing repeats of this after all of the original episodes finish airing. I wonder if that means there's a possibility of another season? I can't imagine they would air reruns if it was doing horrible.

Clone High was met with pretty terrible reviews when it first premiered. I remember Entertainment Weekly giving it a D or an F and bashing it as nothing but crude sex jokes.

That promo pic is definitely the older version of Mo Willems original designs.

Last night's epsidoe was great..
I liked how Willard assumed power and took responsiblity to save Knob Haven/Merch and become a hero.

And it was funny seeing Stuart acting Loony and being very flexible with his limbs and whatnot...:p
Makes me want to really see the 'Meth lab episode' they postponed.

Watched Hurrican Willard on Hulu. Another great episode.

I loved how the writers connected Willard's emotions with the hurricane itself, and I liked when he became "the alphamale". And Stuart's Tex Avery/Looney Tunes gags FTW. Seriously. This is definitely the show at its best.

8.7/10

Yeah, I do realize that, but having the series run on Comedy Central will give it a huge boost to the mainstream. Half the people out there probably aren't even aware this series ever existed.

Just watched "Hurricane Willard". This show is improving so much it's not fair to the people still hanging around, mostly because of the nonsensical bashing it still gets. (see: good chunk of thread)

Hope the remaining six episodes are just as good, and I do hope we can see "Math Lab" eventually...

It seems like it has a pretty loyal fanbase from the people that have continued to watch it this fall. You don't have to be a jerk.
