stores around Toronto that sell Orion star blast telescope?

Hi i wanted to get the Orion star blast telescope for my boyfriend for Christmas it's about $219.00 but to ship it from the states would cost a fortune! does anyone know of any stores in Toronto that sell that model? or would sell a telescope of comparable quality for around $200-250 dollars.
 
Efston Science on Dufferin south of 401 sells some Orion products, but they don't seem to list this one:

Joe O'Neil in London sells Orion products, but he faces the same import costs you would, so his price is not much different from what you'd pay ordering direct from Orion.

The problem is that the StarBlast is a proprietary design, so is only available through Orion, unlike many scopes which are made by the same manufacturer in China and are widely available under the Celestron and SkyWatcher brand names. The closest equivalent is the SkyWatcher Heritage 130:
