Joe O'Neil in London sells Orion products, but he faces the same import costs you would, so his price is not much different from what you'd pay ordering direct from Orion.

The problem is that the StarBlast is a proprietary design, so is only available through Orion, unlike many scopes which are made by the same manufacturer in China and are widely available under the Celestron and SkyWatcher brand names. The closest equivalent is the SkyWatcher Heritage 130:
