so is anybody else concerned with the direction the USA is heading?

I would much rather have a very strong and organized central government than 50 out of control state governments.

they had a book about how to prepare for the looming banking collapse

it was written in 1983

It is fucking depressing to think about.

It must be a long shitter because we've been heading for it for it since like 1794.

now imagine if ben franklin, and good ol washington said the same thing...we live in an age where men just arent men anymore...weve been pussified.

people in shitty 3rd world countries would murder each other for a chance to live in a place like the USA... you all sound like a bunch of entitled crackers

we were fucked a long time ago. look at the way people spend their money. says pretty much everything about the direction we're heading in.

I'd say we are better off than almost every other country, except maybe Germany and a few of the Scandinavian countries.

But I won't know if they contribute, so they are safe. However, my idea would reduce the number of bastard kids that never stood a chance to make it in life.

When things change, they change in a very slow period. For an example, this healthcare thing was a long time coming..it just happened to be Obama when it got signed. If it wasn't him, it would have been someone else.

Usually change is implemented in a way the public doesn't even really actively notice beyond the first initial OMG when it's all brand new and in your face in the media. The healthcare panic shit has already died down immensely, and people are on to the whole Arizona immigration and this new Obama financial overhaul thing. It just shows how little anyone really gives a fuck beyond pissing and moaning. They just for some reason enjoy being stressed out, and having no trust in a government that has been doing just fine for quite a long fucking time overall.

Everyone flips the fuck out when it's announced and the media and fear mongers are making their rounds, but when that hype dies off, everyone goes to the next thing to flip out about that's IN YOUR FACE for the next week/month on the news stations, and during that process they are adapting to the slow change that was implemented previously, and will continue to do so.

Or instead of freaking out about every new thing, and doubting everything, and stressing the fuck out, you can just go with the flow and live your life.

Alright man, let's get some ideas.

Ok what are we going to do

A) Sit on the internet and rant about how 'no one is doing anything' (which would mean you are one of those people because instead of doing something (as if you have some grand fucking master plan anyways) you are ranting on the internet).

and

B) well I'm fresh out of ideas.

Looks like A is the winner.
