Should we invade Mexico and bomb Mexico City?

Israel occupied the country because when they didn't, every few years Lebanon invaded Israel.

Do you think Israel wanted to occupy Lebanon? What did they gain from it, other than Israeli deaths? They are not imperialistic, Lebanon has nothing to offer them, they were forced to occupy as the only way to prevent the constant invasions. Moreso, they gave it back in its entirety six years ago. You keep talking about Shebaa Farms, this land was Syrian, never Lebanese. It is also a tiny, worthless piece of land which Israel has no interest in other than as a buffer against future invasions, which are inevitable.
 
Negotiations and international pressure would have went a long way further than destroying civilian infastructure and creating thousands more hezbollah followers.
 
So instead they should just sit back and let hundreds of missiles a day fall on their country, because they may be scared responding to try to take out missile launching sites purposely hidden within civilian communities may cause even MORE Arabs hate them? I don't even think more Arabs could possibly hate them, opinion polls show near 100% in every Arab country,

Okay, so what happens when Hezbollah attacks anyway? If the multinational force has to kill civillians while getting to Hezbollah, they pursue them?

And the Palestinians will never be happy until they have everything back. The only thing that could possibly satisfy them is money and/or other perks of living in the land they're given. And even then they would eventually just use these advantages to get military power to attack Israel one day. The whole plan is fucked for Palestine, I've know this since they elected Hamas.
 
You're really just trying to split hairs here. You can't compare the U.S./Mexico and Israel/Lebanon conflicts because of the varying motives and members responsible. Hezbollah holds seats, it may be few, but they are still a faction of the Lebanese government. They aren't equivalent to some rampant Mexican druglord militia.

I was talking in reference to the original formation of Hezbollah, which was due to Israel's occupation that occured as a result of continuous Palestinian refugee attacks from Lebanon.

Last I checked their charter and leaders state they are not interested in any negotiations with Israel nor any chance at peace, rather the complete destruction of the State and not one iota less. Same goes for Hezbollah.

Keep trying to legitimize terrorists though... really.

Very few people have an open mind here. They assume that any and all Arabs are terrorists and Muslim and want to kill innocent people everywhere.

Its sad that their stereotypes and generalities dont allow them to look at this situation subjectively. Israel is the aggressor here and innocent people are dying on both sides needlessly. Rather than using peaceful diplomatic means, they are advocating force, violence and terrorism which will lead to more force, violence and terrorism.

Israel is not attacking lebanon BECAUSE 2 soldiers were taken by lebanese citizens(as would be comparable to the example in this thread). They are attacking lebanon because a large anti israeli faction controls the southern half of the country and has been harrasing israel with missile attacks AND kidnappings in direct threat to their soverign borders.
