Where are you getting these accusations? He's aiding on working on three shows, now four, on one network at one time, probably making him one of the busiest guys over there. He was approached by the studios to make Cleveland Show and now Flintstones, and most of the time, he doesn't actually write the scripts in his shows, he just oversees most of the production and does voice work.
In most of the interviews he's gotten, he's shown either uncertainty or indifference towards the current state of his cartoons, I've never seen him to be arrogant or greedy or anything.
It's not like Seth is walking up to FOX executives going, "I have an idea for a family sitcom!", they're walking up to HIM and asking, "Would you be interested in making another family sitcom?".
Most of your bashing just seems to be based on, "I don't like Family Guy or Seth's artwork."
