I am an existing customer of Bev and have been for 3 years now on the West Coast.
I am moving into a new house and getting my 6100 installed for free by Bev (installing 3 other SD receivers myself) and when I called to get the move done I inquired about renting a 9200 receiver. Well.. customer support said it would cost $125 (or so) for the install for the rental equipment and some amount for a deposit(can't remember).
I told her I could just install it myself, she said they can't let me do that. So I asked if they could send it along with the installer (Oct 5th) when I get my other equipment all hooked up in my new house by the installer, they won't do that either. She said it would have to be another install time.
I want the HD PVR but the price I think is high for an install. Honestly for the time I have been with them they should do it for free. I don't want to purchase the 9200 for fear of Mpeg4 coming out soon.
In any case.. any advice for me on this? Bev is starting to seriously piss me off.
