YAY. My official review of the episode! Before I start, I recommend reading this --->

It's extremely hard to explain my feelings. I'm very angry, but also pleased because as much as there wasn't any closure and none of those backstabbing characters should have gotten the ending they did...it really feels like the show is over and the book is shut -no loose pages. Although it's semi-open about the fate of Lelouch, I'm quite convinced that he obviously hasn't, or couldn't have died *see link above* (sadly i'm still trying to convince myself of this in the process, all things considered. Even if there was no arabiguity, it was handled well enough that I'm not as pissed off now as I was.) His death scene was probably the saddest moment I've ever witnessed in anime or Tv. It was stunningly beautiful and as much as I was ticked off about it, I couldn't help but cry. Full on CRY. The insert song pretty much made the event. With out it I don't think any of what happened would have been so powerful. I wasn't expecting it though, to be honest. I was shocked to see Suzaku do what he did and no matter how hard I want to hate this series, seeing the episode now for the 3rd time, I just can't bring myself to do it. Lelouch could dead, regardless of the evidence against it, and I'm angry, but the fact that there is a chance he isn't makes me feel at ease. Yeah, I jumped to conclusions the second I found out what had happened in episode 25, but my initial thought was always 'if they kill Lelouch I'll damn this series'. The sheer audacity of the last 10 minutes or so blew me away. His 'death' so to speak, wasn't tossed around like a piece of meat, and I think that lessens my anger. That's not to say I still don't want to blow up the company for constructing such crap. Because yea it WAS crap for most of the season. *flips them off*
The Suzaku vs Kallen fight was a great way to go out, battle wise. The fact that Suzaku took over the position of Zero I also liked, because even though hes becoming the thing he hated, he is also becoming a hero that could live on.
Orange working at an Orange farm just adRAB to the irony. xD Seeing Todoh made me happy, and Xingke too. Thank god he didn't die.
- I don't like seeing all those characters happy and glad Lelouch is dead, especially after everything he did and everything he tried to accomplish for them. Ougi should be at LEAST a little upset, but no, now he's got a child on the way. I suppose I'm a little happy for him but I'd rather see karma bite them in the ass a tiny bit before Code Geass fades off the face of the earth. Regardless, being a happy person myself I can't be angry at seeing other people glad. In regarRAB to Suzaku? Nunally knows he's alive as Zero. I guess for him, it all enRAB pretty well, same for a few other characters that figured it out.
- Of course I believe that Lelouch is alive. I mean, I would rather visual evidence instead of theoretical evidence, since seeing is easier than simply believing, but I want to truly think Lelouch didn't die and is traveling along with C.C. after all, she did talk to him at the end.
So yeah, all in all, this show was a trainwreck, but at despite the fact that it ended in flames, the last episode slightly saved the poor souls trapped inside. I hope they choose to make a movie or a continuation some how.
I'm surprised I actually got it right when I said that Lelouch would become the common enemy and reach peace through a 'death' that would allow others freedom as well. *dances* TOLD YA SO TOLD YA SOOOO
He's a saint, yanno?
I suppose I feel alright. I can't believe it's really over. This episode didn't feel like it belonged to Code Geass.
