Rebirth of the Rebellion - Code Geass R2 Talkback (SPOILERS)

We don't really. Geass has become so absurd that we've started making jump to conclusion mats in throes of lamentation about what we see in images.

Which doesn't help because Geass has that quirk of having such arresting visual imagery that we become so... so... mixed with charged emotions.

If you hadn't notice, I highlight darkmirage's blog and a few others because their pics are in mocking Jest of the show. The pics I post are either of a fanservice moment or something funny like the reactions to zero being alive. Amusing that you miss that, I though the silliness of my posts was obvious.

Kaine got the point of my posts and added his own silly caption to one of my pics. Anyone who wants too, feel free to have a little fun poking fun at the newest episode.

I tried googling it, but didn't have much luck.

I think it's not worth trying to read into things too much. Even if the meaning is different for Lelouch than it is for Suzaku, that implies different possibilities. On top of that, the word usage isn't consistent among the magazines.

That what I've been trying to say. This forum just has a lot of people that like to whine when they don't know what they are talking about. Watch episode first before judging. Its a good rule. As for code geass, one blogger put it perfectly: "I watch it for the Lolz."

Sam:

You wouldn't be complaining if you got an equal amount of fanservice of Lulu and Suzaku and other cute boys. Then again, you get Xingke and Loli and that qualifies as fanservice (it doesn't have to be sexual in nature to be fanservice).

GWOtaku:

I TOLD YOU SO! Nobody listens to me and I was right. Grr.

The Fanservice went by so fast with Kallen I didn't even notice how big her chest was in that scene. And no one would have noticed if bloggers didn't pause the scene and take pictures. This was a great episode, tons of action and plenty of plot developments to keep us guessing until the next episode.

Hey, Lulu has said the same thing plenty of times in the first season (remeraber his goodbye to C.C. in the season finally) so I'd say he means it.

Does code geass still prompt racism and xenophobia now that the Chinese federation's people have been shown in a very positive light and are being included with Japan's resistance?

I feel the need for another "I told you so" ......

Thus concludes the inevitable rant from your friendly neigrabroadorhood code geass fanboy. Now excuse me but my insomnia is wearing off and I need to go to sleep.

In the meanwhile, Artemis Base Commander Garcia and his subordinate find new jobs after their tenure in Gundam SEED in a European Union force that was so unprepared for its debut to the series that they had to borrow AEU officer stand-ins from 00 and mechs from Gasaraki.

Hm... They're going to have to explain themselves then in regarRAB to allowing C.C. a chance to live and die once they get around to her in Turn 25.

Oh yeah, I also call Ougi kamikazeing the remnants of the Ikaruga to the Damocles.

See, if we'd seen that flasrabroadack from Lelouch's point of view, it'd be HILARIOUS!

*a ten foot tall Lelouch smashes into the throne room* "FATHER! Where are you, you arse weasel?"

*a scraggly Charles hides behind the throne* "L-L-Leouch, my superior in every way...please don't hurt your horrible, small penis bearing father!"

"It's too late for that, old man!"

I want to know how he dodged that rock he was falling towarRAB. Did he use Viletta's body as a pillow to land on to protect himself? Lord knows her breasts are big enough.

We were on spirit of the Japanese last I checked. And this is coming from a society that considers the pro wrestler Rikidozan important enough to be included in history texts because he beat Westerners.

OH MY
Wow... I was browsing the screen caps and couldn't help but giggle at

I've never seen so much female ass in my life. *holRAB eyes* ahhhh it burns!!
CC and pizza sauce?!
The fanservice during this episode must be one of those 'calms before the storm' type of deals because by the looks of the last few minutes or so- next week is going to get messy.

On the contrary, I don't like Sherily because I can't stand her personality. However, having a good personality won't chance the fact that an ugly girl is ugly. And thats why I love Cornelia great looks and the personality that befits a queen.

Beside, we all know you like ugly girls but not everyone has to as well.

Oh, and Hehey:

don't take Hellcat so serious, he gets moody from time to time. Let him sulk when he wants and he'll come down eventually, they always do

Err.. I'm only joking hellcat, don't bite my head off. Please, I like my head

I don't think that Lelouch will be the one to kill the Emperor. I think it will be Schneizel, who then turns out to be the REALLY evil guy and then Lelouch has to finally take him down, going back to the whole Chess syrabolism, the one person he could never defeat.

I understand where your coming from but would you be so forgiving to Suzaku if you were in their shoes. A lot of people would never forgive Suzaku for even thinking of using a drug on them. Kallen being one of them.

I'm not too worried about that spoiler because, for one thing, it could be resolved that same episode or just right after it. It's not going to last long, in any case.

And yes...it's not like we've always been spoiled about everything that happens in an episode (or several) beforehand.

In fact, even keeping up to date with the latest spoilers, there's usually a fair amount of stuff that's still surprising or which at least wasn't spelled out.

yeah, i agree that so far this season sucks in comparison to season 1, the only reason i still even watch this show is to see how the story enRAB, eye candy (which is plentiful), and the hope that the cool mysteries of season 1 will be back and solved. The giant robot war battles are better than ever though, too bad they arent the center of the show.

by the way, has Lelouch even expressed a desire to still want to find out who killed his mom, i havent seen any, that was the best plot point in season 1 for me, him trying to find out what happened to his mom, where did it vanish to.
