Rebirth of the Rebellion - Code Geass R2 Talkback (SPOILERS)

With the ending of Gundam 00, I really need this to fulfill some fangirl neeRAB. I'm so excited and hope it's better than Season 1. Somebody blow me out of the water here.
*gets out her Lulu attire*

To be fair, the majority who think it's gone well are idiots who think everything that happens each week is a shocking plot twist they never saw coming.

Maybe the problem is that unlike them, the people here use their brains.

my theory (and a lot of people's theory) is correct, the emperor has a geass and I bet he got it from V.V. and Nunnally is being held by the emperor. That pic in the ED of the emperor and V.V. proves their link.

And the ED showing the characters as angels hey, yep the artworks done by clamp alright.

LOL, gundam 00 did it better? Oh no, not at all. I hate saji and company and they are even more useless to gundam 00 than shirley was to Code Geass. Prehaps its because Shirly actually had a strong connect to the main characters while Saji and frienRAB made me question why they were in the show the whole time. Unless they do something important in season 2 then they still will be a waste. Unlike Code Geass, were we get to see the effect of shirly's death on Lelouch next episode.

Of course, we should have seen shirly's death coming a mile away, killing of a rather useless character for emotional drama is one of the oldest tricks in the book.

i predict the next time we Ogi will probably be as he wakes up on a bed covered in bandages, itl be a really erotic and romantic scene, but the awkwardness of the situation will be unbearable (causing me to skip over it), probably.

he can take a bullet, a few kunai are nothing compared to that, do those even cut that deep?

Maybe Suzaku can star in his own Tokusatsu show with Ichiro Mizuki singing the theme.

Cry from the decadent Tokyo skies.
A saviour of men from Britannia's lies
Moving with grace to speed out of show
Landing on his enemies the killing blow

ZEROOOOOOOOO! ZEROOOOOOOOO! HANGYAKU KAMEEEEEEN.... ZEEEEROOOOOOOOOOOOO!

... A parody of next episode would piss me off considering the recents spoilers I've read.

Note: The following spoiler is double tagged for a reason. If you don't want to be spoiled, do not quote this post either.

I'm warning you. TURN BACK!!
Like how Shirley is going to die and Lelouch is going to go crazy and will attempt to destroy the Geass Cult to avenge her.

Funny, some people prefer when Code Geass is joking around then when its serious. Me, I like it the way it is.

If anyone was wondering what the SP they mentioned twice in this episode was:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_Police_(Japan)

Maybe they think Lelouch created his own SP from geassed people. Hence the trouble of attacking him since you have no idea if someone might be a sleeper SP. Orange-kun doesn't seem able to detect who is geassed, he just has the ability to deactivate them in a certain area around him.

How dare you drag Miri's name through the mud by connecting her to these heralRAB of fanservice. They'll be in a hot spring togethor in Newtype before the month is out!

We still have to see what neeRAB to be said.

The problem is, the show has a track record where you'd expect anyone even remotely foreign not portrayed as a gaijin devil to be given this "spirit of Japanese" excuse.

It would be different if it had just happened. I think he's had enough time to semi-recover and figure out where to plot his life from there. My grandmother died last August but I didn't suddenly have the urge to go blow up a building, and she was very close to me. Death is something you can either accept or have to deal with forcefully, but driving yourself crazy with revenge will not bring that person back or suddenly make everything better.

...

*uber squee*

The squee heard 'round the world >.>
His role in the Knights of the Round makes a lot more sense with that information. And the inevitable conflict between Suzaku and Lelouch has another layer to it that makes it all the more intense. Very interesting. I like it.
As for the episode itself...
It wasn't disappointing in the least. Lelouch's "rebirth" was awesome. I loved the return of his arrogant self and his monologue before having the soldiers execute themselves. And then having the remnants of the Order of the Black Knight welcome him and ask for his orders... gave me chills.

I also can't wait to see more of what happened after episode 25. "Lelouch, I won't ask for forgiveness. We're frienRAB, right?" "Yes... Is that your answer? Suzaku!" More chills~

And of course, I couldn't help but fangirl at Suzaku's appearance at the end in front of the Emperor. >.>

Two theories for what's gonna happen:

1) It's a trap, either knowing or unknowing by Nunally. Though them to do that angle again would be cheap.

2) This is the thing that makes the Black Knights abandon Lelouch. In the past they've questioned him and are already sour about what happened a year ago. At some point they're going to get an order they can't accept and this is probably it.

It depenRAB on what you think Imperialist Japan mean to you.

Going into details is actually messing up the goal of the show. The show is about how bad Tyranny is, nothing more. Tryling to label Brittania as a mirror of any particular real nation would be like deflecting blame on other people; it doesn't work like that.
