that could work for some crops, but you do not want to be eating actual vegetables (like lettuces, spinach, broccoli....not something that is technically a fruit) cause they will be loaded with nitrates
Srs question, I know everyone screams that nuclear is "unsafe" and all, but what's the problem with keeping the reactors in completely uninhabited areas? Would it cost too much to deliver the energy to its destinations?
people have been trying to offer alternatives. I'm not saying we shouldn't strive for it, but at this point nothing is realistic without a massive overhaul of the system.
solar panels? take oil to produce. electric cars? take oil to produce.
the amount of energy produced by an "alternative energy" needs to be > than the amount of energy used to produce it
