*OFFICIAL THREAD: Nokia N97

I agree. I'm perfectly happy with the current implementation of copy and paste on my e71. Nokia has had copy and paste for so long. Way before some of these other OS's.

In total, I received 6 5800s. 4 of them were good; and when there are no problems, the 5800 is a pretty solid brick. However, the two that did have problems didn't look like they were going to last long. One of them had a HUGE gap on the top right; you could squeeze it and the two halves would move a looot. The other one only had a small gap, but there was a piece of electrical tape sticking out of it, wtf?

The 4 working 5800s actually don't creak that much at all, and since it's plastic I wouldn't care if they did anyway.

Oh I have a 5800. It's collecting dust right now. It's really bad to use for me.

Yes, the browser doesn't do that anymore but it is still a slow browser. Opera Mini on it is better, but it too is very flakey about registering your touch input. It's sad when a free java browser is the better solution. That browser can run on dumbphones.

Nice vision from Docomo for 2010. In the other hand is mid 2009 and USA still doesn't have video call, a main 3G feature the rest of the world enjoying since early 2000 :crying:

Yes, that's exactly how it is. It simply doesn't work the other way around. Developers can't develop applications for devices that don't have the hardware to use them.

Do you think Adobe developed Photoshop CS4 with 512mb of RAM in mind and it just surprisingly runs better on faster processors with more RAM?

basically what it needs is some sort of visual implementation to let the user know that the page is being rendered/loaded. They do this in video games all the time. In fact, its a requirement of all console manufacturers that loading screens have some sort of interactivity to them, whether it be a graphic, or simply the phrase "loading" so the player knows that the game hasn't crashed/frozen etc....

I think they are just trying to avoid disappointing anyone so they are being secretive. I'm sure he didn't want to say June and get us all amped up only for it to slip into July.

Dunno how you could possibly get us any more amped than we already are but I know all about CYA

We'll have to agree to disagree because I direct my mobile browser to sites formatted for mobile phones (more like the sites direct me there). The only things I ever really use my browser for are to check ESPN.mobi and a quick Google search.
