Doubtful at this point. Perhaps in a few months or a year there will be more Android phones than NITs shipped.
I seem to remember that at least a couple million NITs have shipped since the 770 was released, primarily N800s and N810s.
I'm not sure I'm going to buy a new one, though. While I'd love the N900's upgraded CPU and memory, I don't think I'll like the smaller screen size or the new version of Maemo.
Edited to add: Regardless of numbers, saying Nokia is at fault for Maemo not being compatible with Android is like saying Microsoft is at fault for Windows Mobile not being compatible with PalmOS. Of course, I would have liked it if Nokia had gone with QPE, so there could have been more compatibility between the NITs and the Zaurus SL series.
