Yes, you are right about the travel of my thumbs being the culprit with the E90.
However, I don't necessarily want an ESeries Communicator device.
I really want a device that can be somewhat of a mixture of traits from both the NSeries and ESeries. What better way to have this than with a NSeries qwerty?
I can remember sometimes using my ESeries device and wishing that I could also have the same multimedia features with the camera and onboard media galleries.
Has anyone pre-ordered with Adorama? they seem to be one of the best options for Canadians price wise and they also ship via fed-ex. Im close to pulling the trigger on one
Yea, I just remember one day N95 was dropped, and started shipping a few months later. N95's hardware sold itself, so now, for N97 they are actually 'promoting', Not a strong field of Nokia though
That's why I put "downgrade" in the quotation mark. It isn't hard to release the phones in Black since 80%+ people prefer in black instead of a color that looks like black.
I don't even see why they needed to mimic that unlock method but then, if you want to copy something at least do it better.... I hope it can be disabled.
It's convienient as hell to just type on a touch keyboard if you're leaving it flat on a desk and also I can't imagine trying to work the keyboard if it's mounted as a gps in the car.
I have looked through the manual, and tried finding an answer through numerous videos and other outlets, but does anyone know if when in non-landscape mode you can enter text using t9 with an on-screen keyboard? I haven't been able to find any shots of this nor any info. Thanks for any help!
On another note tho, if they plan on making the N97 in a variety of colors and not just black and white, I think they will definitely get this phone onto a lot of carriers worldwide. Carriers love pink phones LOL. But I think this is just the black version in some very weird lighting, you can kinda tell if you look at the rest of the internal pics.
