I will never ever, ever, ever, ever, buy anything that has a non-removable battery.
Very first qualification! The ipod, iphone don't even exist for me at all.
Unless the battery lasts for atleast 2 weeks on heavy use using multiple equipment nseries features (doesn't exist) a non-removable battery is totally and completely NEXXXXXXXXTTTTTTTT!!
Get away from me with that crap!
If Iphone can get that new invention called litroenergy installed in their phone from glowpaint.com to replace the battery so that it never ever needs charging then I will consider it,...maybe, otherwise you gotta be joking me.
People coming onto this N97 calling Nokia "Jokia"..... Come on guys,
Non-removable battery is the biggest joke of all time!!
I only make like 12 bucks an hour, 17 something at overtime and you (Apple) want me to seriously consider a phone,....for that matter any portable electronic device, with a non-removal battery?
What stupid person thought to engineer that stupid battery idea into the Iphone?
You think I'm gonna give you my money that I worked hard for that "sorry better find an outlet" S*** you gotta be joking!
From the new Star Trek movie remember when Captain Kirks dad was talking to his wife right before he died about what to name their son (Kirk) and she said,
"Tiberius, after your father"
and he said,
"No way! That's the worst!"
That's how I feel about non-removable batteries in a portable device.
There is no future for a phone with a non-removable battery unless it is being constantly charged by a new invention such as litroenergy.
That is the very first thing you have to consider in the design (removable battery) and if you don't your product is doomed IMO.
